Williams F1 Team is hiring a Pattern Shop Machinist to join our Manufacturing team. You will set up and machine patterns, jigs and carbon components using advanced CNC centres, ensuring parts meet drawings, specs and delivery deadlines.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced Formula 1 environment. The ideal candidate will have recognised apprenticeship or equivalent engineering experience, and strong skills in reading drawings, material knowledge and meticulous self-inspection.
