Rose & Young Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Fabrication Technician to join a small team manufacturing precision optics. You will operate CNC machinery including 3-axis CNC milling, read technical drawings, and work to SOPs and quality standards.
Rotating shift pattern 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm, with occasional late shifts. A strong focus on reducing scrap, continuous improvement, health and safety, and accurate documentation is required.
