Pay: £13.45 - £20.00 per hour
Job descriptionPS LTD are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our growing manufacturing client.
This is a hands-on role that involves operating machinery, moving heavy materials, and working efficiently in a fast-paced,
dusty, outdoor and noisy environment. If you have experience in a similar manufacturing role and hold a valid FLT (Counterbalance) license, we want to hear from you.
Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm-6am ROTATING
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour basic / Overtime - 1.5x
Key Responsibilities- Manually loading and unloading materials on to the machine.
- Handle and transport heavy materials and products across the production area.
- Ensure materials are loaded and unloaded efficiently using FLT Counterbalance.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high manufacturing standards.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
- Maintain productivity in a dusty, outdoor and noisy working environment.
- Keep the work area clean and organised.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Valid FLT Counterbalance license is essential.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a dusty, outdoor and noisy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding role.
