Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is looking for an experienced Food Production Team Leader to join a leading Leicestershire bakery/food manufacturer. This is a permanent position direct with our client.
You'll lead operatives, uphold safety and quality, and ensure the daily plan is followed while managing costs and team morale. The role requires prior food production leadership, a flexible can-do attitude and strong communication skills. Salary £33,500 p.a. Rotating shifts 6am-6pm.
