Job Title – Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location – Wigston, Leicester
Salary – £51,000
Shift: LEN Shift (Days, Afternoons & Nights rotation)
Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance EngineerA strong opportunity has become available for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a respected, industry-leading manufacturing business with a reputation for excellence. Engineers here benefit from working for a company recognised for quality and operational standards. You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery.

Non-Negotiable Requirements- Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive, and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory.
- Essential Requirements for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience.
- Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
- Experience working with PLCs, ideally with the ability to fault-find using inputs and outputs.
- Working for a recognised market-leading business.
