Assembly Operative

Assembly Operative needed in Bourton-on-the-Water. Paying: £13.00ph, increased to £13.45ph after full company training , Working Pattern: 4-day working week, Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 16:00. Overtime available. Immediate start available for the right candidate following We are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our manufacturing client based in Bourton-on-the-Water on a temporary assignment. This role involves assembling high-quality medical devices within a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, including some labelling, basic assembly and packing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assembling precision components and medical devices within a cleanroom environment Following strict manufacturing procedures, GMP standards and quality requirements Meeting production targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ensuring all work meets quality and compliance requirements Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment Working collaboratively with colleagues to support production goals

Skills & Requirements:

Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided) Excellent attention to detail, dexterity and patience Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components Ability to work independently under minimal supervision Reliable with strong timekeeping and work ethic Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Positive, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn Pay & Benefits: 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday, Friday off) Overtime opportunities available Weekly pay every Friday or Monthly last Friday of the month Free PAYE payroll service (No charges) Free PPE and uniform provided Paid holidays and access to a pension scheme Support from a dedicated local consultant and 24/7 contact Additional Information:
