Job Title:
Machine Operator – Pero Degreasing Machine

Hourly Rate £ 15.85 per hour including 15% shift allowance.

2027 Rate £16.53 per hour including 12.5% shift allowance

Type of Role:
Permanent –AM shift – 6 am to 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 6 am to 11.30 am

Howmet Fastening Systems is the premier designer and manufacturer of aerospace and industrial fasteners, latches, fluid fittings and installation tools. • Operate two Pero degreasing machines to ensure all fasteners are cleaned in line with procedure.
• Operate in cycle of the above two processes the tin wash machine
• Cleaning of parts in progress and finished parts.
• Keep all computer files and manual paperwork accurate and up to date at all times.
• Any other duties as required within the production facility
• To actively take part in locally focused, or multi-functional continuous improvement teams.
• Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards.
• Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to.
• Work as fully flexible team member within the Company to maximize levels of production and quality.
• To adhere to all company EHS requirements and actively participate in the identification and elimination of hazards.

Experience of working within a manufacturing environment and operating machinery as a minimum.
