** Polypipe Building Services
** leverages offsite fabrication to design and deliver solutions to mechanical and public health engineers, M&E contractors as well as local authorities. Polypipe Building Services houses well-known industry brand Terrain and has been delivering systems to commercial, high rise residential, healthcare, education and leisure projects for over 50 years.
** Role Overview:
** We are currently seeking trainee fabricators or skilled Fabricators to support our fabrication team of high-quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner, while learning and adopting our trademark behaviours.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Ability to fabricate standard products (stock work) and bespoke (project) products on at least one of the product ranges of Fuze, Mec Flow or PVC with limited supervision when required.
* Ensure quality and output standards are being consistently met at all times.
* Ensure you work in an organised and safe manner (in accordance with safe systems of work) promoting health and safety polices.
* Maintain high levels of housekeeping and work place organisation in line with the standardised layout.

* Skills & Requirements:

*** The ability to interpret technical drawings for manufacture
* Experience of working in a fabrication role (not necessarily with plastic)
* Demonstrated practical experience in a workshop environment and use of hand and powered tools
* Attention to detail and ability to measure accurately
* We would consider a trainee position for the right candidate.

* Working Hours:

** Monday to Thursday 08:00am – 16:00pm, Friday 06:00am – 12:00pm.30 minutes paid Lunch break in a day.
