Role & Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

* Own and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy

* Lead, mentor and develop a small in-house marketing team, setting clear direction and priorities

* Develop and execute PR and thought leadership strategies to position the business at the forefront of industry conversations

* Increase brand exposure, reputation and credibility across both affordable housing and open market sectors

* Oversee all digital marketing activity, including social media, website management, SEO and branding

* Work closely with an external digital agency to ensure SEO strategy is effective, aligned and driving results

* Monitor marketing performance, web traffic and conversions, using insight to inform decision-making

* Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from digital channels to marketing collateral

* Oversee design, content and campaign activity, balancing strategic direction with hands-on input where needed

* Act as the senior marketing lead, collaborating with leadership and wider teams to align marketing with business goals

About You as the Marketing Manager:

* Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within construction, property, housing or a related sector.

* Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, SEO, brand and website management

* Experience managing and developing a small marketing team

* Confidence working with external agencies and senior stakeholders

* A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach

* The ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness

* Most importantly, you’re someone who enjoys building brands, shaping narratives and making marketing matter.

* Desirable to have experience with Hub Spot

* Driver’s licence is essential as there will be travel as part of this role.

The Company:

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll lead all marketing activity the business, lead a small internal team, and work closely with senior leadership to strengthen brand presence, reputation and commercial performance within the construction sector.
