What You'll Be Doing
The Digital Marketing Communications Executiverolesits within our Digital Marketing team-a smallbut ambitiousteam withbigideas,where you can make a real impact!
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager therolewillbe responsible fora variety ofregulardigital marketing activitiesincludingcontent creation and publishing(web and social media),SEO enhancements, measuring the performance of our work,andcollaboratingwith partner agencies.
You will also take ownership overa number of initiatives to help evolve our digital channels and drive the team forward.
These includecommissioning 3rdparties to deliver larger elements of our content strategy,identifying new ways of working to exploit opportunities to use AI,and researching new tools to improve efficiency across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to themanagementof MHMC website(s), includingcontent creation and publishingactivitiesto grow andevolve our online offering
- Work with3rdparty consultants and in-house analysis toolsto deliver ongoing
SEO enhancements(both on- and off-site) toensure our websiteis visible tobothtraditional and AI generation search tools - Overseecontent creation projects – including the use of generative
AI toolsandspecialist3rdparty suppliers– for website copy,video, socialmediaand other channels - Contribute to themanagementof oursocial media channelsthrough regular publishing, engaging withcommunities (i.e. Reddit) and reporting back on performance
- Prioritising own workload toensure regular responsibilities and ad-hoc projects are delivered on time and at pace
- Strive forinnovationwithinthe business, highlightingnew technologies,channels,and ways of working

Core Requirements
- Previousexperienceofworking ina brand-leddigitalmarketingenvironment
- Demonstrable experience ofwriting compelling customer-facing content for use across web, social and email
- Knowledge of SEO best practice techniques,for both traditional search and AI visibility
- Experience of using
AI toolsto create content (incvideo) and tosource recommendations on best practice approachesfor digital marketing - Excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Dataoriented
- The ability to work with minimal supervision and toprioritiseand manage workload
