Senior Brand Manager; FTC - FMCG Food & Drink

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Brand Manager to join a global leader in the Food and Drink industry on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on a strategic growth brand in the UK market, with high ambitions both locally and globally.

• Lead the strategy for a brand portfolio to drive long & short-term growth
• Own the P&L, ensuring profitable growth and delivery against annual targets
• Drive the communications strategy across all consumer touch points, including Media, PR, Shopper, and E-commerce
• Partner with and influence global & local stakeholders to enable investment and facilitate local growth strategies
• Contribute to team engagement and development culture across marketing

We're seeking an experienced professional with:

• Brand and commercial management experience in relevant sectors
• Proven track record of driving business performance through strategic clarity and stakeholder alignment
• Strong portfolio change management & innovation delivery experience
• Comfort using various data sources to inform decision making
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish meaningful, collaborative business relationships
• A strong drive to seek out growth opportunities and a positive outlook as a leader and team player

Berkshire - 3 days office / 2 days home

£75,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
