Sales Marketing Executive

Thorpes Joinery Limited has been delivering high-quality bespoke joinery services since 1947. Based in the UK, we specialise in designing, manufacturing, and installing custom joinery and specialist finishes for diverse clients across multiple sectors. We pride ourselves on customer-centered approaches, working collaboratively with architects, contractors, and trade specialists to meet the unique demands of each project. With all design, manufacturing, and project management completed in-house, we ensure quality, flexibility, and timely delivery tailored to our clients’ needs.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Market Harborough for a Sales Marketing Executive.

The role will support the delivery of our marketing and communications activity across the business. Working closely with the Sales Director, the role will help bring the Thorpes brand to life by producing thoughtful, well-judged content and supporting initiatives that raise our profile internally and externally. The position suits someone creative and organised, with a good eye for detail, who is comfortable contributing ideas and developing their judgement within an established framework

• Experience in marketing, communications or content creation
• Strong written communication skills, with a professional and considered style.
• Creative mindset, with the confidence to contribute ideas and suggest improvements
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working to guidance and within an agreed creative framework
• An interest in social media, content creation, and brand presentation
• Basic understanding of digital and social media analytics, with the ability to report clearly
• Willingness to learn and develop creative and commercial judgement over time
  
  Able to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and wider teams
• A desire to get fully involved and push in order to get the best of the role.
