About The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a BD & Marketing Executive based in our Leicester office. They will be responsible for managing and attending events and supporting the Partners and Fee Earners in our Leicester office with their BD action plans and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and attending HP events and webinars with flexibility to attend out of hours events
  • Managing and attending key external networking events with flexibility to attend out of hours events e.g. awards
  • Managing tenders for private and public sector legal panels
  • Producing credentials, proposals and presentations for new business opportunities
  • Producing PowerPoint slides, delegate packs, and corporate gift for seminars and hospitality events
  • Supporting the Partners and Fee Earners with their client, team and individual BD plans
  • Managing office BD meeting notes and follow actions
  • Coordinating submissions for legal directories
  • Keeping the firm’s CRM system up to date with key contacts details
  • Coordinating photoshoots for new starters and PR opportunities
  • Promoting content via the firm’s social media platforms
  • Liaising with stakeholders on PR opportunities
  • Assisting with internal and external communications
  • Dealing with ad‑hoc BD & Marketing tasks
Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is essential and experience in tenders and proposals is desirable although we can train the successful person.

Travel

There will be occasional travel to our other offices.
