We are looking for a Content Design Lead to join our Ecommerce Team. You will lead the content design and delivery function across our ecommerce platforms and work collaboratively across our websites, helping to shape our Ecommerce content strategy in addition to creating, maintaining, and elevating web content and assets.

• Lead the content design and delivery function across our ecommerce platforms.
• Collaborate across our websites and help lead the Ecommerce content strategy.
• Create, maintain, and elevate web content and assets.

• Extensive experience working in a digital design or website content role.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (SAP Commerce preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO best practices, and accessibility best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of design tools (Figma, Photoshop).
• Excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passionate about luxury ecommerce and user experience.
