We are looking for a talented Marketing Communications Manager to join our Communications Department at STAMFORD | AvK (Cummins Generator Technologies), part of Cummins, in Peterborough, United Kingdom.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:- Develop and execute global marketing communications and brand strategies that support business objectives and drive measurable growth.
- Lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional channels.
- Lead brand strategy, proposition and protection, to strengthen brand and resonate with key customer and stakeholder audiences.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across sales, product, communications, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
- Use marketing analytics, performance data, and customer insights to evaluate results, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision making.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global team, fostering engagement, capability growth, and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, financial controls, risks, and project priorities to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Support with internal communications planning and execution.
- Drive digital marketing excellence by advancing digital channel activity, exploring AI-enabled marketing solutions, and optimising the marketing technology stack.
- Strong strategic marketing communications experience, with the ability to develop and implement successful global marketing campaigns.
- Digital marketing expertise, including experience with marketing technology platforms, digital channels, analytics tools, and emerging technologies such as AI.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and talent development skills, with experience leading and influencing teams across multiple locations.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Education / Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Significant experience in marketing communications, brand management, or digital marketing, preferably within a B2B and global business environment.
- Experience managing teams, including coaching, performance management, and career development activities.
- Product marketing experience and experience leading geographically distributed teams are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing marketing budgets, agency or supplier relationships, and complex cross-functional projects.
- Global marketing experience and a strong understanding of international markets, customer segments, and go-to-market strategies preferred.
