£27,000 | 12-Month FTC | Hybrid

We're recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with our client, a large and growing organisation, seeking a Talent Acquisition Marketing Executive to join their Talent Acquisition team.

This is a great role for a graduate or junior marketer looking to build experience across social media, content creation, employer branding and recruitment marketing while taking ownership of a standalone position.

• Managing recruitment marketing campaigns across social media and careers channels
• Creating engaging content including copy, graphics and video
• Supporting the launch of a new employer brand
• Coordinating recruitment events and careers fairs
• Managing the careers inbox and supporting recruitment activity
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to showcase employee stories and attraction campaigns

• Marketing, recruitment, HR or administration experience
• Strong social media and content creation skills
• Experience using Canva and digital marketing platforms
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, self-starter mindset with the confidence to work independently

• Hybrid working with just 1 day per week in the office
• Exposure to employer branding and talent attraction projects
