Blue Light Card. Individually great, together unstoppable
Most sales enablement roles ask you to maintain what's already there. This one asks you to build it.
This is a newly created role within Blue Light Card's B2B Marketing function, sitting within the Partnerships team and reporting to the Senior B2B Marketing Manager. There are strong foundations to build from, but the Sales Enablement capability itself is new, giving you real scope to shape the tools, programmes and ways of working that help Partnerships have better, more confident commercial conversations.
You’ll own your programmes end-to-end, using performance data and commercial feedback to drive continuous improvement. It’s a hands‑on role with genuine ownership, and real space to shape what good looks like. If you’d rather build something than maintain something, this is worth a look.
What You’ll DoBuild the Sales Portal as the central hub for the Partnerships team, giving partner managers easy access to relevant collateral, objection handling, case studies, messaging guidance, and meeting preparation tools
Translate BLC’s B2B go‑to‑market strategy and commercial proposition into practical sales enablement that supports priority account and category activity and helps the Partnerships team have better, more confident conversations with partners
Own and deliver ongoing sales enablement and training for the Partnerships team, including onboarding, refresher sessions and the rollout of new tools, materials and approaches.
Develop and manage targeted partner communications through Hub Spot and other channels, including taking ownership of the partner newsletter from planning and delivery through to measurement and improvement
Own commercial enablement activity around B2B events, coordinating team readiness, account preparation, partner communications, and post‑event learning
Support the rollout of scalable long‑tail partner communications and partner‑facing reporting, managing workflows once the underlying approach is in place
Measure the performance and adoption of your programmes, using data and commercial feedback from Partnerships to identify what is working and where to improve
Build repeatable and scalable ways of working across sales enablement, partner communications, and GTM activation, drawing on live activity and stakeholder insight to raise the bar over time
A background in sales enablement with direct, hands‑on experience of building sales enablement tools, playbooks, content or programmes that support commercial conversations - not just directing others to produce them
Strong B2B experience, with a clear understanding of how proof points, tone, and approach differ from consumer marketing
Excellent written communication and content skills, with the ability to take complex commercial propositions and turn them into clear, practical materials that people actually use
Experience owning programmes end‑to‑end, from planning through to delivery, measurement, and optimisation, while managing multiple priorities without losing quality or momentum
Commercially minded, with a clear sense of how sales enablement and marketing activity connects to revenue outcomes
Comfortable working cross‑functionally across commercial, marketing, and partnerships teams, and at ease operating with autonomy in a build‑from‑scratch environment
A genuine enthusiasm for AI tools and how they can improve marketing and enablement workflows
Experience delivering B2B or partner communications, campaigns or lifecycle activity, and familiarity with Hub Spot specifically, would be a bonus but is not essential
