Market Manager - Medical, Food & Industrial

We're looking for a Market Manager to join Formula's global marketing team, taking ownership of our Fibrous & Decorative, Food Agriculture & Environment (FAE), and Medical markets. This is a high-profile role with responsibility for shaping global market strategy, driving innovation, managing product portfolios, and identifying future growth opportunities across multiple international markets.

• Proven experience in a strategic marketing, product management, or market development role
• Strong track record of identifying and assessing commercial opportunities and translating market insight into actionable strategies
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders across international teams
• Highly commercial mindset, with the ability to balance long-term strategy and business performance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex industrial markets
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated and able to lead projects and teams remotely across multiple locations

• Experience with in manufacturing, industrial materials, chemicals, healthcare, food, agriculture, or related sectors
• Exposure to innovation management, product launches, sustainability initiatives, or regulatory environments
• Previous people management experience
• Experience working in a global or multi-regional business environment

• Defining and delivering the global marketing strategy across Fibrous & Decorative, Food Agriculture & Environment, and Medical markets
• Building a deep understanding of customers, competitors, regulations, market trends, and future opportunities
• Developing long-range strategic plans and supporting the creation of commercial growth roadmaps
• Managing and developing the product portfolio, including product positioning, marketing materials, and launch activities
• Working closely with regional sales and technical teams to support market growth and customer engagement
• Leading innovation and sustainability initiatives that strengthen Formula's market position
• Supporting product compliance, intended-use definitions, and market expansion activities
• Representing Formula at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, and market forums
• Contributing to Formula's digital strategy and broader business development initiatives
• Playing an active role within the Newark Management Committee and wider leadership team
