Youth Ministry Leader for St Thomas’s Kendal

STK is a lively, multi-generational church in Kendal – the gateway to the Lake District. We are committed to making and growing disciples in the 11-18 age group, and we are recruiting someone to develop a strong team to facilitate and lead the youth ministry at St Thomas’s Church.

Employer: PCC of St Thomas’s Kendal

Line manager: Incumbent of St Thomas’s Kendal or appointed member of Leadership Team

Hours of work: Up to 0.5 role, with hours to be agreed with the appointed candidate

Salary: £25,000 (FTE) per annum

Work base: St Thomas’s Church, Kendal

Start date: July 2025
