We work together to make sure no one is ever left behind. About the role The Corporate Partnerships Manager plays a key role in developing and delivering the charitys corporate partnership programme. Reporting to the of Head of Corporate Partnerships and Events, the post holder will maximise corporate engagement and income. This is a pivotal and high-profile role managing existing supporters and securing new relationships to support the Associations charitable work .

Key Responsibilities include Work closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Events to deliver the corporate partnership programme ensuring all corporate activities comply with legislative and governance requirements, and best practice. Manage and develop existing partnerships (donations, sponsorship and licensing/cause related marketing) through excellent stewardship; identifying and maximising opportunities to raise income and engagement from each partnership using a pipeline approach.

Work closely with colleagues from across the Association to identify funding and engagement opportunities, monitor services and event delivery and provide update reports. Seek out new opportunities for partnerships, working with businesses to secure support through income, volunteering and gifts in kind to achieve a personal annual income target Undertake appropriate due diligence and risk assessment, put contracts and agreements in place and monitor against agreed expectations Provide high-quality written communications, pitches and impact reports tailored to the needs of each supporter.

Create short, medium and long-term activity plans, budgets and forecasts for corporate f undraising. Proactively network and attend relevant events to develop opportunities and represent the charity. About You We're looking for someone with:
Essential criteria Degree o r equivalent professional experience in Corporate Partners hi ps , Major Giving or Fund Ra i sing sector Proven experience of securing , managing and growing corporate partnerships

Experience of undertaking due diligence , creating contracts and agreements and implementation monitoring and reporting Up to date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice The ability to transform complex information into high quality pitches and impact reporting Strong track record of achieving substantial income targets A UK driving licence is essential along with the flexibility to attend high profile meetings and events which may take place in the evening or weekends on occasion Desirable A background in or understanding of the RAF/military/Defence sector would be highly desirable Previous experience of creating and monitoring licensing and cau se
