Service Manager - Intervention, Advice & Support

Helping Hands Community Trust is a local charity at an exciting time of growth, and we are looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Service Manager to lead our Intervention - advice and support services. Our vision is a community where every person has the confidence, tools and opportunities to thrive, free from poverty, deprivation and isolation. Our mission is to provide free, independent and non-judgmental advice that tackles the root causes of hardship.

We listen with care, give people the time and space they need, and offer clear, practical steps to help them move forward. We believe everyone deserves equal access to support, and we work alongside people for as long as they need us. Working closely with our Head of Service and CEO, you will play a key role in developing and leading this growing area of work, helping us deliver advice and support that make a real difference to individuals, families and our wider community.

We are a friendly, down-to-earth charity looking for the right person to help shape our next chapter.
