Advanced Nurse Practitioner – UCC – Leicester
Dream Medical is currently working with a number of Urgent Care Centres in Leicester that require Advanced Nurse Practitioner cover. We are working with four UCCs based in Leicester and receive monthly rotas covering 7 days a week, enabling adhoc and ongoing part‑or full‑time sessions. Shift patterns are across 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The role will involve face‑to‑face assessments where you will take basic observations on minor illness and injuries whilst prescribing the right medication.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner you will:
- Act as an independent prescriber (V300)
- Work autonomously
- See patients of all ages – birth upwards
- Have UCC/WIC/A&E experience
- Have minor illness & injury experience
