Theatre Practitioner; RGN​/ODP

This permanent, full-time post sits in the anaesthetic and recovery team at Nuffield Health's Leicester Hospital. The work is theatre practice as a scrub nurse or operating department practitioner, with a varied caseload and supervision of junior team members. The role carries weekend work and on-call duties, and it needs post-registration experience in anaesthesia and recovery. Registration with the NMC or HPC is required.

• Work as a scrub nurse or theatre practitioner (ODP) in theatre
• Take on a varied caseload
• Supervise, support and develop junior team members
• Deliver clinically effective, evidence-based care suited to each patient

• Apply communication skills in day-to-day practice

• Relevant qualifications for theatre practice
