Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

• Managing a small team
• Working independently or within a small team
• Mobile round visiting multiple commercial sites (retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools, parks)
• Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive work
• Ensuring customer service interactions to keep clients satisfied
• Carrying out vehicle checks
• Using a company van, mobile iPad, full PPE and provided tools

• Commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Experience using hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
• Valid driver’s licence essential
• Experience in managing a small team

UK Landscapes Ltd is a well‑established grounds maintenance organisation with a strong national presence. We offer training and development and reward hard work: full PPE, tools, and equipment are supplied. Permanent positions and further opportunities are available for the right candidates.

Pay is £30k‑£40k + based on a 48‑hour per week pay through an annualised hours programme. Overtime may be available at a premium rate but is not guaranteed.
