You will be required to work across all surgeries, so being able to drive is a must. You will provide an exceptional service to our clients and their pets and be the welcoming face when they visit the practice. Your role includes supporting service developments and improvements, and working across branches as needed.

• Provide an exceptional level of client service and care for pets.
• Be the welcoming face at the practice and assist clients and pets as needed.
• Work across all branches; driving between locations is required.
• Use computer programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and participate in service development and improvements.
• Communicate effectively and listen carefully; work well under pressure.

This is a full-time position working across 7 days – 40 hours a week.

• Salary: £25,484.71 per year
