Med Match Group is seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Veterinary Surgeon to lead a small animal practice in Surrey. This is a sole-charge role with clinical autonomy and the backing of a wider team nearby.
The post offers a 4-day week, 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9am–1pm) with time off in lieu, 5 weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays, CPD allowance up to £2,500, and opportunities to shape the branch while maintaining excellent client relationships.
