Quality Controller Vacancy – Luxury and Classic Car Parts Company
Basic Salary:
Up to £45,000 (Depending on Experience)

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
No Weekends

We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Quality Controller to join a specialist automotive parts business.

This is a key, autonomous role responsible for ensuring all internal mechanical and safety-critical components meet the highest quality, safety, and manufacturer standards prior to use or sale.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect internal mechanical components, engine parts, brake systems, and other safety-critical items
Carry out quality checks to ensure parts meet manufacturer and internal standards
Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities and take appropriate action
Maintain accurate records of inspections and quality control processes
Sign off parts as fit for use or re-sale once all quality standards have been met
Support continuous improvement by reporting recurring issues and recommending process improvements

Requirements:
Proven experience in a Quality Controller / Quality Assurance role within the automotive industry
Strong knowledge of mechanical components and safety-critical parts
Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to inspections
Ability to work independently as a one-person quality function
Strong communication skills when liaising with technicians, warehouse staff, and management
Relevant automotive qualifications or extensive industry experience
