Quality Manager

Overview

Quality Manager. We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead food safety, legality, and quality standards across our manufacturing site. You ll play a critical role in maintaining BRC compliance, protecting product integrity, and coaching teams to deliver consistently high standards in a fast-paced food production environment.

• Lead food safety, quality, and BRC compliance across the site
• Sample and test raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Maintain and audit quality documentation, CCPs, HACCP, and prerequisite programs
• Conduct internal audits, GMP audits, traceability exercises, and annual recall tests
• Manage complaints, NCRs, corrective actions, and quality performance reporting
• Oversee environmental testing (water, swabbing, allergens) and supplier approval systems
• Ensure accurate technical information is provided to customers and received from suppliers
• Update and control the Quality Manual, procedures, and records
• Lead by example on compliance, food safety culture, and continuous improvement
• Support cross-functional teams to meet service and operational targets

• Quality control experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of food safety, HACCP, allergens, and BRC requirements
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing site
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels
• Confident using Microsoft Office and quality systems
• Hands-on, resilient, and improvement-focused mindset

• Experience in food manufacturing processes
