QA Specialist / Manager
In this role, you will manage the short‑to‑mid‑term planning for our Engineering Planning team. You’ll create clear and efficient plans using our Computer Management System (CMMS). Your work will help make sure we have the right labour, the right parts, and strong overall Equipment efficiency (OEE) results.
Key Responsibilities- Keep our CMMS up to date and look for ways to improve it
- Make sure all specifications and standards are available, understood, and followed
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time, to a high standard, and recorded clearly and consistently
- Review job requests each day and spot any issues or areas where extra support is needed
- Review the site fabric audit and make sure all non‑conformances and related tasks are completed

- Strong planning skills from any sector, including the ability to work with data
- Confidence in using IT systems including Microsoft Office; experience with CMMS systems would be an advantage
- Experience managing or coordinating people and influencing positive outcomes
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders
- Clear understanding of Health & Safety legislation and good practice
