Role: Quality Assistant Manager

Location: Leicester

Contract: Full-time permanent

Responsibilities

Use technical knowledge and management experience to coach, train and develop teams.
Maintain and routinely check products to ensure that they are packaged correctly with food safety and legislation.
Record information in order to demonstrate traceability.
Sampling and testing all raw materials, work in progress and finished goods.
Continuously review and audit documentation for all raw materials.
Implement HACCP procedures and controls, including checking, monitoring and implementing changes when required.
Carry out internal audits and lead external auditing.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role (3+ years).
Experience managing teams.
Full UK Driving Licence.
