Location: Leicester Forest East
Henderson Brown Recruitment is partnering with a leading food manufacturer in Leicester to recruit a proactive Quality Assurance Technician. You will help ensure every product leaving site meets customer expectations, legislative requirements, and industry-leading standards.
Key duties include conducting GMP and HACCP checks, product testing, traceability, and audits; supporting investigations and corrective actions; and working with Production, Hygiene and Technical teams to uphold food safety
