Quality Manager (Precision Engineering / Manufacturing) £50,000 - £60,000  Bonus  33 Days Holiday  Life Assurance  Sick Pay Andover, Hampshire Are you a Quality Manager or similar from a Precision Engineering or Manufacturing background, looking to manage a small team of experts for a global business with an SME feel that can offer autonomy and responsibility to liaise between multiple sites?

Are you looking to impart your knowledge and drive change for the better, working at the forefront of modern measurement technology? In this role you will be working to maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 management systems. This will involve a forward-thinking approach to improve process, ensuring compliance and championing continuous improvement across the business. This company specialise in the manufacture of special purpose machinery and have sites across the globe.

With a full order book and a focus on development of new products this is an excellent time to join an expanding company. This role would suit a Quality Manager looking to manage a small team of experts in an autonomous role that carries the responsibility to ensure quality compliance across multiple sites in a large business with an SME feel.

The Role:

Conducting internal audits 9001 Quality standards Assisting with external audits Training on ISO 17025 if needed Occational travel to different sites Monday to Friday, 40 Hour week.
