Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Quality Control - QC Analysts/Managers, Food Quality & Safety
As a Raw Materials Technologist, you help make sure every ingredient and packaging item used on site is safe, legal and high‑quality. You keep raw material data up to date, challenge suppliers when needed, support NPD and Process teams and resolve issues before they affect production.
Key Responsibilities- Complete raw material risk assessments, including TACCP/VACCP updates when new ingredients are introduced.
- Work with NPD and Process teams from concept through to launch, ensuring ingredients meet standards and are launched correctly.
- Keep raw material information accurate in systems such as Point 74 / Recipe Professor / Foods Connected / System 21.
- Challenge suppliers on specification content, missing details or compliance issues.
- Manage raw material documentation including specs, certificates, intake checks and changes.
- Support internal audits and complete regular traceability exercises.

- You will have experience in raw materials, QA, supply chain or technical roles.
- Bringing a good understanding of food safety, HACCP, allergens and specification requirements.
- You will have the ability to challenge suppliers when information is unclear or incorrect.
- With strong data and systems skills, with good attention to detail.
- You will be someone with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
