Samworth Brothers is looking for a Raw Materials Technologist to ensure every ingredient and packaging item used on site is safe, legal and high quality. You will keep raw material data up to date, challenge suppliers when needed, support NPD and Process teams, and resolve issues before they affect production.
You will have experience in raw materials, QA, supply chain or technical roles, with a good understanding of food safety, HACCP, allergens and specification requirements.
