Myonex is seeking Global QA Vendor Specialist to join our team in Leicester (UK), Berlin (Germany), Reims or Le Haillan (France). If you have 5+ years' experience in a GMDP pharmaceutical environment, we want to hear from you!

Myonex is a leader in providing integrated clinical and commercial services to support the advancement of life-saving medicine.

We partner with pharmaceutical, biotechs, and contract research organizations (CROs) in both clinical and commercial stages, including companies managing advanced therapies. With locations in the US, Germany, UK and France, Myonex supports projects globally.

Built in 2017 and expanded in 2021, Myonex Leicester, our UK clinical trial storage and distribution facilities, manages both IMP/NIMP and equipment supplies. The local teams work in tandem with the other Myonex facilities for seamless clinical trial supply sourcing and distribution across Europe, particularly taking into account the impact of Brexit and QP oversight.

Our team in Berlin, has long-standing experience in primary / secondary packaging and small batch size IMP manufacturing capabilities, allowing the team to bring expert and flexible support to early-stage clinical trials.

Our French teams, based across Bailly-Romainvilliers, Reims and Le Haillan, offer extensive expertise in cold chain management, clinical trial supply services and pharmaceutical packaging. From biobanking and cryogenic storage to packaging, labelling, EU QP release and international distribution activities, they support both clinical programmes and commercial healthcare products.

As our Global QA Vendor Specialist, you will be at the heart of our global supplier quality programme, helping to ensure our vendor network operates to the highest standards of quality, compliance and performance. You'll partner with colleagues globally across Quality, Procurement and Project Management to manage supplier qualification activities, coordinate audits and technical agreements, monitor vendor performance and support continuous improvement projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a quality professional with supplier management experience to influence global processes, build strong supplier relationships and make a meaningful impact on product quality and regulatory compliance across our organisation.

You would also join us at an exciting time for the role as we begin to move vendor management into a new system and you would help support with the roll out.

• Fluent in English (C1) and German or French if applying from either of these locations.
• Project management and / or good organisational skills as you will be working with cross-functional and cross-country teams.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), including presentation skills and experience with stakeholder management.
• 5 years+ experience in a similar position within a GMDP pharmaceutical environment.
• Previous experience working in supplier management.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office packages, ERP systems and electronic QMS.
