So what’s the job all about?
Performing regular checks and audits on meat and non-meat ingredients (GMP, traceability, fabrication etc.) in order to monitor compliance with food safety requirements and prepare the necessary reports

Calibrating scales, temperature probes and other measuring devices

Collecting micro samples, water samples and environmental swabs

Monitoring production lines to ensure product safety, quality and compliance with customer’s requirements

Co-ordinating and take part in daily taste panels and logging results into excel spreadsheet.

Auditing production documentation and procedures in place for foreign body controls including glass & hard plastic audit
