Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Valuer - Leicester - £20k basic + Comms

My client is an established independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have built their success operating on the principles of professionalism, best advice and a truly independent approach.

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Valuer to join their team. They are looking for someone who has a strong background in Estate Agency Sales / Lettings Valuing who will be instrumental in business generation and really pushing the brand forward.

Essential skills for the Estate Agent Sales / Lettings Valuer Role includes:

• Current Sales and / or Lettings Valuations experience
• Driven and Motivated
• Ability to win new business
• Initiative and creativity in generating new business
• Motivation of staff
• Deal Closer
• Excellent presentation and communication Skills
• Full UK Licence and car for which mileage will be paid
