Valuation Surveyor - Registered Valuer; East Mids​/Hybrid

An excellent opportunity for an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer to take a senior role within an established property operation.

This is a varied position combining professional valuation, property disposal, auction and client advisory work, with a particular focus on insolvency, receivership and probate-related instructions.

You'll undertake property valuation instructions across residential, commercial property and land.

Key responsibilities include:

• Undertaking Red Book valuations, desktop assessments and market appraisals.
• Valuing and advising on land and development opportunities.
• Producing high-quality valuation reports and professional advice.
• Developing client relationships and generating new instructions.
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the property team.

You'll ideally have:

• MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer status.
• 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong residential and commercial valuation experience, including land.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A commercially minded, confident and autonomous approach.

Salary & Package will reflect experience.

The post offers hybrid working, (circa 3 days in the East Midlands office, 2 days wfh).
