• Work closely with trialling teams and partner growers to support adoption, providing hands‑on guidance and troubleshooting in real‑world environments.
• Translate technical solutions into clear, practical guidance (e.g. SOPs, user materials) to enable consistent use across regions.
• Act as a key link between R&D and field operations, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement of tools and processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive engagement and uptake of new technologies at scale.
• Support the validation and evaluation of crop‑technology solutions to enable effective deployment.
• Contribute to trials as needed, including assessment of tool performance and usability in field conditions.

• Degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Agronomy, Plant Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field, with early‑career experience in field trials, ag‑technology, or applied research.
• Practical experience working with field‑based technologies, including equipment use, basic troubleshooting, and working with SOPs.
• Experience supporting the implementation or rollout of new tools, technologies, or methods, including gathering user feedback.
• Ability to work in collaborative, cross‑functional environments, building strong relationships with technical teams and growers.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
• Organised, proactive, and motivated to apply technology to real‑world agricultural challenges.
