Working with Professor Gregory Maniatopoulos and Dr Gemma Hughes, you will contribute to an interdisciplinary research environment focused on improving health and care services through evidence‑based collaboration with regional, national and international partners.
You will lead the collection, analysis and interpretation of qualitative and mixed‑methods research data, manage collaborative projects, publish high‑quality research outputs and disseminate findings through journals, reports and conferences. The role also includes developing future funding opportunities, contributing to grant applications, supporting research impact activities and providing mentorship to research staff and postgraduate researchers.

You will be an excellent communicator who can build productive relationships with academic, clinical and policy stakeholders and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative research team. You will demonstrate a commitment to professional development, mentoring colleagues and supporting research students, while contributing positively to an interdisciplinary centre that brings together expertise in healthcare innovation, policy, implementation and organisational change.
Experience of participatory research, stakeholder engagement or patient and public involvement activities would be advantageous.
