### Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, United Kingdom, takes to the rails from July 4, 2025. Paying homage to the British tradition of touring, the train celebrates all that is intriguing, quirky and quintessential about the UK. Three- and six-night journeys take in the illustrious landscapes and vibrant cities of Cornwall, the Lake District and Wales. On board, guests enjoy menus designed by chef Simon Rogan, a Bar, Observation Car and Wellness Suite.

As Restaurant Manager at Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you are part of a team responsible for all aspects of the restaurant’s day-to-day operation and for maintaining the highest standards of service in a relentless pursuit of perfection. In this role, you will demonstrate a commitment to excellence by creating a seamless, personalised and unforgettable experience that exceeds our guests’ desires for comfort, indulgence and exclusivity.

** Primary

Responsibilities Include:

**-Managing and leading the restaurant team, ensuring the smooth running of service and the carrying out of duties in a professional and timeous manner.

-Providing excellent customer service to guests in accordance with Belmond and Leading Quality Assurance standards.

-Being fully conversant and aware of all guests’ dietary requirements.

-Working with the Train Manager and Head Chef on menu planning and pricing.

-Overseeing and controlling scheduling to ensure adequate coverage according to business levels.

-Continuously striving to improve and innovate product and services.

Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
