We are looking for a talented
Sous Chef to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional culinary team at Barrafina Restaurant in the heart of Soho.

Barrafina is a highly awarded Modern Spanish tapas bar restaurant in London, serving the highest quality seasonal ingredients and wines. We have proudly held a Michelin Star since 2014. The guests eat and drink on a beautiful marble-topped bar and watch the chefs at work.
Responsibilities- Provide supportive guidance and training to all Chefs and kitchen teams
- Coordinate and unify production, line cooking, food preparation and plating
- Run and lead positively a large team of Chefs
- Ensure communication between back and front of house
- Maintain operation and health and safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with Head Chef with specials on a weekly basis
- At times the role will require to step in and cover any junior position in the kitchen
- Provide level-headed and creative approach to people management
- Assist Recruitment needs, interviews, onboarding, and drive staff retention
