• Sweep and mop walk-in dry storage back dock area making sure area is neat and clean.
• Empty trash and take all trash to dumpster reporting back if dumpster is full; clean dumpster area when needed.
• Clean strainer under the dish machine. Wipe down all dish areas then use stainless steel polish on all metal surfaces including glass rack area sinks and all machine areas.
• Make sure glasses and cups are in the correct order to use the proper procedure for silverware.

• Commensurate or transferable skill set is primary importance.
• Good attitude and work ethic practices in order to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
• Must be able to lift a 20lb. tray of dishes.
• Must be able to lift and dump our commercial-sized mop bucket.
• Must be able to operate a commercial vacuum.
