A position for a highly motivated Senior
Sous Chef to work closely with the Head chef in the kitchen of a 4 red star Spa hotel located in Northamptonshire is available. The hotel offers a range of busy dining operation and it is essential that the exceptionally high standards are maintained at all times. The hotel offers a 3 rosette acclaimed restaurant serving fresh food dishes, a more informal restaurant with outdoor seating and a bar lounge serving very popular afternoon teas and lite bites.
In this Senior Sous Chef role you will be given access to training courses so that you can fully support the Head Chef to manage the kitchen and brigade of 10 chefs. It is important that the current standards of food served are maintained and pushed to the next level to ensure the popularity of the venue is continued.
This role would suit a very strong Sous Chef seeking their first Senior Sous Chef role or a Senior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in their career. This position would be ideal for a chef who has a proven track record of working in a high volume fresh food operation, to a minimum of 3 Rosette standard. Excellent knowledge of current kitchen regulations is also essential for this role.
