• Welcoming guests and creating a warm, professional first impression at every event
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring every guest receives attentive, high‑quality service
• Keeping the front‑of‑house area clean, organised, and presentable at all times
• Working collaboratively with both front‑ and back‑of‑house teams to deliver smooth, seamless service
• Following all health, safety, and organisational standards
• Sharing knowledge of menu items and promotions, and offering recommendations to elevate the guest experience

• Confident communication skills and a friendly, guest‑focused approach
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to stay composed in busy, fast‑paced settings
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team
• Previous hospitality experience (beneficial but not essential)
• Eligibility to work in the UK (or relevant country)
