The menu is heavily influenced by Iberian and Latin American “Parilla” culture, where families and friends gather to grill meats and vegetables over open fires. We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to support the kitchen team of one of London’s newest, stunning and most exciting venues — Solis Kingly Street, London W1B 5QP
! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef from a high-volume, open hire and Grill background looking to take the next step in their career.

The ideal candidate has a passion for bold flavours, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is eager to develop their career within a fast-expanding restaurant group. As a Chef de Partie at Solis, you will:

• Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality
• Use top-quality ingredients to create dishes from our diverse and innovative menus
• Have the opportunity to support and learn from senior chefs while mentoring junior team members
• Manage your section efficiently during busy service periods
• Adhere to all food hygiene and health & safety regulations
• Take advantage of ongoing training and career development opportunities

• Bring 2+ years of experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment (advantageous)
• Have a natural passion for food and a strong understanding of diverse global cuisines
• Bring a positive can do attitude and can work collaboratively across multiple teams
• Have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and develop
• Bring an ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
• Are ready to bring your energy, creativity, and expertise to Arcade!
