As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering refined dining experiences, supporting daily restaurant operations, and guiding service teams to ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable meal.

• Welcome guests and create a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Support and motivate restaurant team members while leading by example on the restaurant floor.
• Coordinate reservations, seating plans, table assignments, and service flow to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in delivering personalized service for special occasions, dietary requests, and guest preferences.
• Support revenue opportunities through outstanding service and guest engagement.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational excellence are maintained at all times.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members to continuously elevate service standards.

• Previous experience in a luxury restaurant, hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service and premium guest experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
