ODEON cinemas is seeking a Cinema Experience Manager to help lead the team and bring the buzz to life. From opening night blockbusters to serving Costa Coffee before a show, you’ll be at the heart of making every visit memorable for guests and colleagues alike.
You’ll inspire, coach and develop Cinema Hosts, oversee guest experience across all areas (retail, ticketing, ushering and food service), and uphold brand standards for safety, service and cleanliness, even during peak periods.
