Overview

Delivery Driver/ General Assistant – Part Time Permanent position at Houghton Hall Garden Centre.

Hours:

24.5 per week over 3 days, including regular weekend shifts. Flexibility is a must. Pay: £12.25 per hour. You must be 25 years or over due to insurance restrictions.

As a Delivery Driver/General Assistant you will be carrying out customer deliveries, ensuring safe vehicle operation and excellent customer service.

• Carrying our customer deliveries
• Till operation and serving customers when required
• Stock replenishment and merchandising across all departments
• Merchandising stock
• Any other duties associated with a retail environment

• Strong customer service skills
• Full understanding of safe warehouse operation and manual handling
• Forklift Licence and Driving Licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail when checking stock
• Hardworking
• Shift flexibility including weekends
