Customer Service
- Assist customers on the shop floor with product advice, enquiries, and purchases
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable support on tools, materials, and general hardware needs
- Handle sales transactions, returns, and customer queries professionally
- Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves remain fully replenished
- Use computerised stock control systems to track inventory accurately
- Place orders with suppliers and follow up on deliveries
- Receive, check, and organise incoming stock
- Visit clients on site when required to take orders and promote products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Represent the business professionally during all external visits
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with computerised sto
